Jim began his career in the wealth management industry in 1991. In 2014, he joined the Baird family, where he provides leadership for Baird's branches in the Mid Atlantic states.
Along with the role of a branch manager, Jim and his partner, Jorge, are dedicated to managing the financial lives of other multi-generational families around the country.
